Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth, expand our customer base, and increase brand awareness. This role reports to the Sales and Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote the hotel’s services.
  • Generate and convert leads to increase customer acquisition.
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reports.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications, such as Google Analytics, are a plus.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a hotel setting.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and customer acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
