Job Description:
OMA Group is hiring an Operations Management Trainee to be trained as an Operations Superintendent. The trainee will support the coordination of commercial, technical, and operational functions of designated offshore and onshore units. This role involves strict compliance with contractual terms, budget control, and ensuring safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible operations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure all operations are performed in line with contractual obligations
2. Monitor and liaise with management companies for offshore units
3. Oversee operational budgets and control costs
4. Recommend improvements for operational efficiency with focus on HSEQ compliance
5. Conduct contract reviews with both offshore and onshore personnel
6. Perform required onshore and offshore operational verifications
7. Support turnaround planning and execution with minimal downtime

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Minimum of a First Degree in Engineering or Business Management
2. At least 5 years of project-based offshore operations experience
3. Strong understanding of technical, legal, and commercial aspects of operations
4. Experience with HSEQ standards and compliance regulations
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
