Job Description:
Lion Head Group of Companies Ltd seeks an experienced Business Development Officer to execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives. The role involves identifying growth opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and achieving business objectives. The selected candidate will report to the Business Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Identify and secure new clients and business opportunities.
  • Deliver impactful presentations to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Meet sales targets and manage client accounts.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum HND or Degree in Marketing (Master’s Degree is an advantage).
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
  • High level of integrity and persuasive ability.
  • Must live in or around Dome, Taifa, Haatso, or Westland.
  • Preferably female.
