Job Description:
Groupe Sebastien is seeking a smart and customer-oriented Waiter/Waitress for The Sandbox Beach Club. The successful candidate will take customer orders, serve meals, process bills, and ensure a top-tier dining experience. This role requires patience, stamina, and a keen sense of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet customers and present menus
2. Take accurate food and beverage orders, including special requests
3. Stay informed about menu items and allergy information
4. Make food and wine recommendations
5. Input orders into POS system and coordinate with kitchen staff
6. Monitor satisfaction and respond to customer requests
7. Handle complaints professionally
8. Maintain clean and orderly tables and service areas
9. Process payments and prepare to-go orders
10. Set and reset tables with required items

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. HND or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
2. Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
3. Flexible schedule and ability to work varied shifts
