Job Description:
OMA Group is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the successful implementation of its Technology Transfer Program (TTP). The ideal candidate will coordinate all TTP-related activities in accordance with the plan validated by the Petroleum Commission and work closely with stakeholders to ensure program efficiency, risk mitigation, and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and manage all activities related to the Technology Transfer Program
2. Establish and maintain robust monitoring and reporting mechanisms
3. Prepare detailed program reports for submission to stakeholders
4. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive success
5. Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges throughout the program lifecycle
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a Master’s degree in Management, Leadership, Oil & Gas Operations, or Supply Chain Management
2. Minimum of 10 years’ work experience in a managerial position within Oil and Gas, maritime, or offshore sectors
3. Relevant international license or certification (e.g. Marine Engineering, Offshore Operations, PMP, Prince2)
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
5. Experience working on an FPSO or in offshore oil field operations
