Job Description:
Minlogistics, a reputable logistics and transport company in Accra, is seeking a qualified Transport Operations Manager to oversee fleet and crew management. The successful candidate will ensure efficiency, achieve key performance indicators, and enhance profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the efficient management of the company’s fleet and crew.
2. Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
3. Ensure compliance with transport and immigration-related regulations.
4. Monitor key performance indicators to optimize logistics operations.
5. Collaborate with relevant departments for seamless transport operations.

Qualifications and Requirements: 
1. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Logistics and Transport, Business Management, or a related field.
2. Professional certification in CILT or a management-related field is an advantage.
3. Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience.
4. Strong understanding of logistics, transport, and immigration-related issues.
5. A certificate in Mechanical Engineering is an added advantage.
