Job Description:
A reputable organization is seeking a qualified Transport Officer to oversee its fleet operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing transport logistics, maintaining vehicle and driver records, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain an accurate maintenance schedule for all equipment
2. Implement and maintain a robust fuel management system
3. Ensure optimal utilization of the company’s fleet at all times
4. Ensure all drivers comply with road safety rules and regulations
5. Maintain up-to-date records on drivers and vehicles
6. Manage duty and leave rosters for all drivers
7. Assess fleet productivity and maintain detailed trip records

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Minimum of an HND in Supply Chain Management
2. At least 2 years of work experience in transport management
3. Strong background in data analytics
4. Strong people management and coordination skills
