Job Description:
PETROSOL Platinum is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Manager to lead business operations within a designated territory. The role involves leadership, business development, and ensuring the achievement of key performance indicators like sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of station managers and attendants.
  • Develop and execute business strategies to meet sales targets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
  • Conduct inspections and maintain high standards at all stations.
  • Manage regulatory permit renewals and ensure timely documentation.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Station Manager.
  • Strong leadership and analytical skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of station operations and territory management.
