Job Description:
Bestway Corporation Ghana is hiring a Teller to handle customer transactions, manage cash operations, and deliver excellent service. The successful candidate will help maintain financial accuracy and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Process customer transactions accurately.
2. Maintain and balance cash drawers and resolve discrepancies.
3. Package cash and roll coins for storage.
4. Build strong relationships with customers.
5. Handle customer complaints professionally.
6. Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. HND or Degree.
2. Minimum 2 years of professional experience.
3. Strong math skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Good organizational and time management abilities.
6. Proficiency in computer use.
7. High level of integrity and trust.
