Job Description:
The Strategic Growth Administrator will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of strategies that drive school enrollment, visibility, and institutional development. This role requires leadership, marketing acumen, and strong administrative skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute growth strategies for student enrollment and school expansion
- Coordinate school marketing and public engagement activities
- Manage school records and data for strategic planning
- Develop partnership opportunities with stakeholders and community members
- Provide administrative and operational support to school leadership
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related field
- Strong organizational and strategic planning skills
- Experience in education management or development is an advantage
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
