Job Description:
The Station Manager shall be accountable for the overall management of all operational activities at the station, including but not limited to: meeting sales targets for both products, delivering delightful customer service, discharging product safely and accurately, managing stocks prudently to deliver stock gains, keeping proper records, inspiring and motivating the team to perform, and administering credit sales responsibly, if any.
Key Responsibilities:
– Shall prospect in trade areas to acquire new customers and retain them through good service delivery to achieve or exceed given targets.
– Shall mine the CRM data to target high-net-worth and consistent clients to increase repeat business and open up new referral opportunities.
– Shall discharge white products following all approved laid-down operational procedures to avoid stock losses and deliver gains.
– Shall monitor levels and volumes of white products and lubricants to ensure adequate stock is available at the station at all times.
Qualifications and Requirements:
– A minimum of an HND from a recognized university
– Must have completed mandatory National Service
– At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
– Prior experience as a pump attendant is an advantage
– Good knowledge of the oil marketing industry
– A thorough professional, eager to succeed and passionate about sales
– High level of integrity and team management skills
