Job Description:
As a Software Engineer – Mobile (Android), you will play a key role in building and maintaining high-quality Android applications. Your primary responsibilities will involve developing robust Android apps and integrating them with back-end services. Collaboration with a dynamic team of developers and engineers will be crucial to the success of this role, alongside a commitment to problem-solving, elegant design, and delivering exceptional products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop applications for the Android platform.
  • Ensure applications are performant, responsive, and scalable.
  • Collaborate with the team to define, design, and implement new features.
  • Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
  • Identify and address bottlenecks and bugs.
  • Maintain high standards of code quality and organization.
  • Optimize apps for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Liaise with other team members to explore and integrate new features.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in mobile development.
  • Proficient in Java and Kotlin.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs for app integration with back-end services.
  • Knowledge of offline storage, threading, and performance optimization.
  • Strong understanding of Android design principles and interface guidelines.
  • Experience with Git and other code versioning tools.
  • Excellent analytical and time-management skills.
  • Teamwork skills and a problem-solving attitude.
