Job Description:
BCL Group is seeking a strategically-minded Social Media Officer to develop and execute social media plans. The ideal candidate will create content, schedule posts, monitor engagement metrics, and adapt content based on target market research.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Meet with clients to discuss their social media goals.
2. Research client brands to align content with their identity.
3. Create and schedule social media content.
4. Update social media accounts with new visuals as needed.
5. Monitor and analyze social media metrics for performance insights.
6. Research target audiences to optimize content strategies.

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Training in social media management.
2. Knowledge of social media scheduling tools.
3. Familiarity with monitoring engagement metrics.
4. Experience with Photoshop (proficiency preferred).
5. Professional demeanor when engaging with clients.
6. Excellent time management and written communication skills.
