Job Description:
Nguvu Mining Limited (Adamus Resource Limited) is seeking an experienced Senior Metallurgical Engineer to oversee metallurgical processes, optimize production performance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of operations. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring efficient plant operations and will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize metallurgical processes to enhance production efficiency.
  • Conduct technical analysis and develop strategies for improving plant performance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards.
  • Train and mentor junior metallurgical staff.
  • Prepare detailed reports on process performance and metallurgical investigations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Degree in Metallurgy, Mineral Processing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a metallurgical engineering role, preferably in mining.
    Proficiency in metallurgical software and data analysis.
  • Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
