Job Description:
New Crystal Health is seeking a qualified Senior Medical Officer to provide high-quality medical care, including outpatient services, emergency care, and surgical procedures. The role requires strong clinical expertise, patient management skills, and adherence to healthcare protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide outpatient and emergency medical care, referring cases as needed.
2. Assess patients and implement appropriate management plans.
3. Perform surgical operations and clinical procedures with competency.
4. Provide support and information to patients and their families.
5. Ensure adherence to medical standards and quality assurance protocols.

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. MB. ChB, MBBS, or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
2. Permanent certification of registration with the Medical and Dental Council.
3. Evidence of Continuous Professional Development (CPD).
4. Minimum of five (5) years of experience.
5. Strong knowledge of patient care, health and safety, and clinical protocols.
