Senior Finance Officer, Accounting and Taxation

Job Description:
The Senior Finance Officer oversees the company’s accounting operations and tax compliance. The role includes managing financial records, preparing tax returns, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and consolidate financial data for group-level reporting.
  • Participate in business planning and budgeting processes.
  • Provide financial accounting and reporting services for profitability assessment.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and provide tax planning advice.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Support pre-audits of insurance and non-insurance payments.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Finance, Accounting, and Investment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management, Accounting, or related field.
  • Qualified Accountant with ICAGH, ACCA, or equivalent certification.
  • Knowledge of IFRS 9, 16, and 17.
    Skilled in data processing for accounting systems (e.g., SAP, ERP).
