Job Description:
Graphic Communications Group LTD is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Senior Audit Officer to oversee and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting audits, managing inventory reviews, performing systems audits, and supporting the company’s risk and governance functions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure procurements comply with company policy and procedures
2. Review and report anomalies in the disbursement process
3. Conduct audits in regional offices
4. Undertake inventory management reviews
5. Validate newspaper/adverts sales and generate reports
6. Perform information systems audits
7. Review systems and recommend improvements
8. Conduct risk identification and corporate governance reviews

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Full professional accounting qualification (ICA Gh, ACCA, CIMA Final) with at least 2 years of relevant experience OR Part 2 qualification with 4 years in a supervisory role OR Degree in accounting/auditing with 5 years’ experience
2. Strong analytical skills
3. Team player with commitment and integrity
4. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
5. Ability to meet deadlines
6. Computer literacy; knowledge of Oracle (EBS) is an advantage
7. Working knowledge of the PFMA
