Job Description:
Eya Naturals is seeking a Salon Manager to oversee daily salon operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have leadership skills, financial management knowledge, and an understanding of beauty trends.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and manage salon staff to ensure smooth operations.
2. Oversee customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
3. Implement marketing strategies, including social media engagement.
4. Manage salon finances and inventory.
5. Keep up with beauty trends to enhance services.

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Beauty Management, or a related field.
2. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
4. Experience in customer service.
5. Marketing and social media knowledge.
6. Financial management skills.
7. Creativity and awareness of beauty trends.
8. Great communication skills.
9. Advanced computer literacy.
