Job Description:
Lush Hair is seeking a National Sales Manager with strong leadership skills to drive sales growth, expand market presence, and manage the sales team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement national sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
2. Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to enhance performance.
3. Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
5. Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize strategies.
6. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts.
7. Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. MBA in Sales and Marketing.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the cosmetics/beauty industry.
3. Proven leadership experience in a sales role.
