Job Description:
Equilibrium Ltd is seeking a Sales Consultant to manage all activities related to the sale of residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will use industry knowledge and consultative selling skills to guide clients through the property acquisition process. This role involves building strong client relationships, offering expert advice, and ensuring customer satisfaction from initial inquiry to final transaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and engage potential clients through referrals, networking, and online inquiries
2. Conduct property viewings, highlighting key features and answering client questions
3. Manage and track sales leads, ensuring prospects move through the sales funnel
4. Stay updated on local real estate market trends and competitor offerings
5. Represent the company at trade shows and other industry events
6. Prepare and manage contracts, agreements, and required documents
7. Provide ongoing client support post-sale to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
8. Report on sales performance, market conditions, and customer feedback
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field
2. 2-4 years of experience in real estate sales or a related role
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
5. Ability to build and maintain client relationships
6. Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
7. High level of professionalism and ethical conduct
