KLBtoys, Ghana’s leading educational toy retailer, is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to deliver exceptional customer service and support store operations. The ideal candidate will help families find the perfect toys, maintain store standards, and assist with both in‑store and online sales inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and explain toy features and benefits
- Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences
- Create a welcoming, fun, and satisfying shopping atmosphere
- Process sales transactions accurately and handle cash or card payments
- Maintain store cleanliness, display merchandise, and restock shelves
- Manage social media queries and assist with online order processing
- Support inventory counts and stock organization
- Stay informed about new toy trends and understand the local market
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Retail or customer service experience preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, approachable, and quick‑thinking under pressure
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with WhatsApp
- Passion for toys and enhancing customer enjoyment
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays (Mon–Sat, 8 am–7 pm)
