Job Description:
The Sales and Marketing Officer will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, customer acquisition, and brand awareness. This role requires a dynamic individual with experience in both sales and marketing to oversee distributors, attract new customers, and manage our brand presence across various platforms. The role reports to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
2. Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers and distributors.
3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, particularly in the hospitality industry.
4. Oversee and support the sales team in engaging with individual customers.
5. Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure conversion into sales.
6. Track and analyze sales data to improve strategies and maximize results.
7. Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote Aries products.
8. Utilize social media, email marketing, and digital advertising to increase brand awareness.
9. Create marketing materials, including product brochures, social media content, and promotional emails.
10. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
11. Work on SEO strategies to enhance the company’s online presence.
12. Establish and maintain strong brand positioning across all platforms.
13. Monitor and evaluate marketing efforts, ensuring goals are met.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Bachelor of Science in Business Administration or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or brand promotion.
3. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
4. Experience in the cosmetics, beauty, or retail industry is a plus.
5. Proficiency in social media marketing and basic digital advertising.
