Job Description:
Akwaaba App is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales and Client Service Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Promote the Akwaaba App to new and existing customers to increase downloads and engagement
2. Provide timely and professional responses to client inquiries
3. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service delivery
4. Assist with onboarding clients onto the app and provide user support when needed
5. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to improve user experience and app features

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Proven experience in sales or customer service roles
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
4. Tech-savvy with a good understanding of mobile applications
5. High level of enthusiasm and a client-oriented mindset
