Job Description:
The Room Attendant will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness in guest rooms and public areas. The ideal candidate will ensure that all rooms are well-presented, sanitized, and fully stocked to enhance guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean, dust, and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas.
- Replace linens, towels, and amenities as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or lost and found items to the supervisor.
- Replenish supplies and restock cleaning carts daily.
- Follow hotel policies for health, safety, and cleanliness.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- SHS Certificate or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in housekeeping or similar role.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Good physical stamina and ability to work independently.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts.
