Job Description:
Responsible for interfacing with customers, ensuring their service needs are identified and resolved to enhance customer experience. Reports to the Retail Shop Manager and ensures adherence to customer service procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure uniformity of AT Retail Customer Experience (CEX) guidelines.
2. Participate in training, team briefings, and coaching programs.
3. Ensure compliance with activations and customer acquisition processes.
4. Drive enhanced customer experience in the retail shop.
5. Resolve customer queries and complaints within agreed service levels.
6. Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings (T-NPS and CES).
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
2. 2-3 years of experience in retail operations.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Cultural sensitivity and ability to work in a diverse environment.
