Job Description:
Coral Gardens Ghana is seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager / Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer service, maintain quality standards, and manage staff efficiently to enhance the overall dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee restaurant operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
2. Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
3. Train and mentor staff to maintain high service standards.
4. Monitor sales, budgets, and operational expenses.
5. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
4. Must reside around Oyibi or be willing to relocate.
