Job Description:
Meqasa is seeking a motivated and professional Relationship Management Executive to maintain and enhance client relationships while driving sales. This role involves identifying new opportunities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and closing deals. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional interpersonal skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and assess customer needs.
- Handle customer inquiries via face-to-face interactions, phone, or email, and set up client meetings.
- Deliver compelling presentations on the company’s products and services.
- Manage the sales process, from introduction to deal closure.
- Provide solutions to client challenges and support their varied needs.
- Prepare daily activity, sales, and prospect reports for the Sales Manager.
- Represent the company at events and conferences.
- Ensure timely management of multiple client sales processes.
- Foster strong client loyalty and manage customer relations effectively.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A First Degree in any field.
- 1–2 years of sales experience (real estate experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong self-motivation and ambition to meet targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google (G-Suite) apps, and written/spoken English (a second language is a bonus).
