Job Description:
The Quantity Surveyor will manage project costs, prepare estimates, and ensure financial efficiency while maintaining quality standards for tanks and piping projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for tanks and piping projects.
  • Conduct quantity take-offs and measurements for materials and labor.
  • Evaluate project designs to provide accurate cost assessments.
  • Collaborate with engineers and project managers to monitor and control costs.
  • Perform cost analysis and advise on potential cost-saving measures.
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in tanks and piping projects.
  • Proficiency in cost estimation software and tools.
