Job Description:
The Production Assistant will support the manufacturing, packaging, and quality control of cosmetic products, ensuring efficiency and compliance with safety standards. This role involves handling inventory, assisting with product development, and maintaining a clean production environment. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, hands-on individual passionate about the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the mixing, filling, and packaging of cosmetic products.
2. Operate and maintain production equipment.
3. Perform quality checks to ensure consistency and safety.
4. Manage inventory of raw materials and packaging supplies.
5. Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and order fulfillment.
6. Follow hygiene and safety regulations to maintain a clean workspace.
7. Support product development and testing with the R&D team.
8. Keep production records and report any issues.

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Prior experience in manufacturing or production is preferred.
3. Ability to follow instructions and maintain attention to detail.
