Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Manager to manage our procurement operations, including purchasing, contract management, and supplier relationships. The successful candidate will have a strong background in procurement, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This role reports to the Director of Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies.
- Manage supplier relationships and oversee purchasing operations.
- Handle contract management and ensure compliance with terms.
- Monitor budgeting and cost control measures.
- Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and risk management.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply) certification or equivalent.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office.
