Job Description:
Bestway Corporation Ghana is seeking a Personal Assistant to support an executive by managing communications, schedules, and office administration while ensuring confidentiality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as liaison between the executive and internal/external contacts.
- Manage information flow and the executive’s calendar; schedule meetings.
- Arrange travel and accommodations.
- Track daily expenses and prepare periodic reports.
- Oversee other clerical staff’s performance.
- Take meeting minutes and handle correspondence.
- Organize and maintain the office filing system.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- HND or Diploma.
- Proficiency in English and MS Office.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
