Job Description:
Responsible for assessing and enhancing the impact of programs through data collection, analysis, and project reporting to ensure effective outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Collect and analyze data to evaluate program effectiveness
2. Develop and maintain project reports
3. Implement monitoring and evaluation tools and methodologies
4. Ensure proper documentation and reporting processes
5. Provide recommendations for program improvements

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, or other relevant field
2. Must have impeccable report-writing skills
3. Knowledge about Kobo software and M&E tools
4. Proven experience in monitoring and evaluation
5. At least 2 years of work experience
6. Strong analytical and communication skills
7. Ability to develop systems and tools for tracking activities
8. Ability to work collaboratively and independently
