Job Description:
Faith ColdStore, a reputable company specializing in frozen foods, is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead its marketing operations in Tamale. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s business objectives and increase brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition
2. Plan and manage campaigns across digital, print, social media, and other channels
3. Conduct market research to understand customer trends and monitor competitor activities
4. Manage digital marketing efforts including social media, email marketing, and SEO
5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with sales goals
6. Analyze marketing data to assess campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly
7. Create and oversee the development of content such as blogs, ads, emails, and promotional materials
8. Organize events, product launches, and trade shows
9. Lead branding, advertising, and promotional activities
10. Build and manage relationships with media, external agencies, and strategic partners
11. Stay informed about industry trends and emerging marketing tools
12. Manage marketing budgets efficiently to ensure ROI

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Marketing Manager role or similar position
3. Strong understanding of digital marketing and content creation
4. Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics and HubSpot
5. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
6. Creative and strategic thinking abilities
7. Experience managing marketing budgets and evaluating campaign performance
