Job Description:

BCL Group is seeking a highly capable Loans Consultant to assist with processing loan applications. The successful candidate will inform clients about loan options, review financial information, and approve loans within specified limits.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with senior managers to set credit policies, procedures, and standards.
2. Interview loan applicants to provide and obtain necessary information.
3. Inform clients of available loan options and terms.
4. Review financial documents, including credit histories and financial statements.
5. Approve or reject loan applications or forward them for further verification.
6. Negotiate payment arrangements with delinquent clients.
7. Prepare delinquent loan reports and escalate irreconcilable accounts.
8. Hire, train, and supervise loan department staff.
9. Maintain records of loan documents, agreements, and correspondence.
10. Stay updated on financial regulations and lender requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a relevant field.
2. Advanced knowledge of financial regulations and lender requirements.
3. Experience in interviewing and advising loan applicants.
4. Strong background in assessing loan applications and financial documents.
