Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Learning and Development Officer to design, implement, and manage training programs that foster employee growth and align with organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of the workforce while promoting a culture of continuous learning. This role reports to the HR Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations.
2. Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules.
3. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
4. Collaborate with department heads to identify development opportunities for employees.
5. Maintain records of training activities, participant progress, and feedback.
6. Develop and manage budgets for training initiatives.
7. Stay updated on the latest trends in learning and development to ensure best practices.

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 3 – 5 years of experience in a Learning and Development or HR-related role.
3. Strong knowledge of instructional design and training methodologies.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and e-learning tools.
5. Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
