Job Description:
Broadway Pharmaceuticals LTD is seeking an I.T Technician to manage the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems. The role includes providing technical support, ensuring network security, and assisting staff and customers with IT-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Install, maintain, and repair hardware and software components of company systems
2. Provide technical support via remote access or on-site visits
3. Troubleshoot software, hardware, and IT equipment issues
4. Perform periodic upgrades to firewalls and secure networks
5. Maintain technical documentation and system logs
6. Conduct performance checks on newly installed software or hardware
7. Assist with technical difficulties through calls or live chat
8. Monitor website usability, links, and performance
9. Assist customers and staff with hardware and software challenges

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. HND or diploma
2. Proven experience as an IT Technician or in a similar role
3. Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
4. Strong understanding of computer systems and networks
5. Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
6. Excellent communication skills
7. Strong organizational and time-management abilities
