Job Description:
The I.T Officer will be responsible for evaluating and recommending new technologies, planning IT projects, and ensuring the security of IT systems. The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing technical support, and maintaining IT documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and solutions to improve efficiency and productivity
2. Collaborate with other departments to understand IT needs and requirements
3. Plan and execute IT projects, including upgrades, migrations, and installations
4. Document IT systems, configurations, and procedures for knowledge sharing and training
5. Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networks
6. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and servers
7. Provide technical support to users, including troubleshooting and resolving IT-related problems
8. Ensure security of IT systems, including data backup, antivirus protection, and access controls

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. HND or diploma
2. Proven experience in IT support or administration
3. Strong technical knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks
4. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
5. Knowledge of network protocols, security principles, and best practices
6. Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
8. Attention to detail and accuracy in work
