Job Description:
AT Ghana is seeking an Indirect Sales Supervisor to join its Sales and Distribution Department. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the successful candidate will oversee retail acquisition channels, manage distributor performance, and support operational and strategic targets within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Implement and manage company sales strategies in the designated area
2. Achieve distribution and subscriber acquisition targets through Points of Acquisition (POAs)
3. Lead, train, and coach sales personnel and POAs
4. Ensure availability of SIMs and scratch cards across outlets
5. Communicate targets, promotions, and incentives to POAs
6. Conduct market intelligence and feedback reporting
7. Plan and execute Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing activities
8. Review sales performance and monitor route plans
9. Maintain proper product visibility and display at all retail points
10. Organize agent forums to enhance retailer product knowledge

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. A degree or HND in Marketing, Business Studies, or a related field
2. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Sales and Distribution, preferably in FMCG
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Distribution Management Systems
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
5. Excellent time management and organizational abilities
6. Skilled in execution and reporting
7. Valid driver’s license with clean record
