Job Description:
The Human Resource Person will manage HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. They will ensure a productive and positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention strategies
- Implement HR policies and compliance measures
- Handle employee relations and conflict resolution
- Manage payroll, benefits, and compensation structures
- Conduct training and development programs
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
- At least 2 years of HR experience
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
