Job Description:
New Crystal Health is seeking a qualified Head of Internal Audit & Compliance to oversee audit functions, risk management, policy enforcement, and fraud investigations. The role requires expertise in financial compliance, healthcare regulations, and leadership in audit processes.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide oversight for audit and compliance operations.
2. Develop and enforce company policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
3. Manage risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
4. Conduct fraud investigations and ensure financial integrity.
5. Prepare audit reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Professional certifications such as CA, ACCA, or MBA are highly desirable.
3. IAA professional affiliation is a plus.
4. Extensive experience in internal audit, compliance, or risk management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
5. Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
6. Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
