Job Description:

The Head, Business Development, is responsible for devising and executing strategies to grow the corporate and commercial business, leading the sales teams, and managing relationships with distribution partners to achieve revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies for corporate and commercial channels.
  • Establish KPIs and evaluate performance against set targets.
  • Identify competitive market trends and implement strategic marketing plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, agents, and corporate clients.
  • Develop customized insurance solutions for client needs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for top-tier clients.
  • Lead and motivate the distribution team to achieve sales objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in market and distribution management in insurance/financial services.
  • Master’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Recognized professional qualification in marketing (CIM) or leadership certification.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
