Job Description:
The African Talent Company is hiring a Group Strategy Manager to drive strategic initiatives across multiple markets. This role involves conducting in-depth research, managing business planning processes, and enhancing operational performance. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and report to the Strategy Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct strategic research to analyze markets, trends, and competition.
  • Lead business planning initiatives, manage projects, and foster cross-functional collaboration.
  • Develop and track KPIs to monitor progress and improve operational efficiency.
  • Identify growth opportunities, support pilot programs, and strategize market expansion efforts.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Proven experience in strategy development, business planning, or performance management.
  • Strong analytical skills and expertise in market research.
  • Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
