Job Description:
Youth Advocates Ghana is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our professional team. The ideal candidate will develop visually appealing designs for print and digital platforms, contribute to branding initiatives, and support the organization’s communication efforts. This role reports to the Communications Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce high-quality graphics for social media, websites, and other digital platforms.
  • Create print materials such as brochures, posters, and reports.
  • Collaborate with the communications and program teams to develop design concepts.
  • Ensure all designs align with the organization’s branding guidelines.
  • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
  • Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
