Job Description:
The Floor Supervisor will be responsible for managing day-to-day floor operations, ensuring seamless customer service delivery and maintaining high service standards. The role involves supervising staff on shift, coordinating service flow, and addressing guest needs efficiently. The ideal candidate is proactive, personable, and excels in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee floor operations during assigned shifts to ensure smooth service
2. Supervise and coordinate floor staff duties and break schedules
3. Resolve customer issues and escalate complaints when necessary
4. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
5. Monitor inventory of supplies and report shortages
6. Maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere for guests and staff

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. 2–3 years of experience in hospitality, events, or a supervisory role
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
4. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
