Job Description:
Exoben Ghana Limited is hiring a Financial Advisor to drive capital raising, investor relations, and financial strategy for the company. This role involves identifying investment opportunities, building relationships with stakeholders, and providing expert financial guidance to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategies for attracting and managing investors
2. Analyze financial data and market trends to provide investment advice
3. Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
4. Assist in structuring deals and negotiating investment agreements
5. Provide financial planning and advisory services to potential investors

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Proven experience in financial advisory, investment banking, or related field
2. Strong understanding of financial markets and capital raising strategies
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
4. Ability to analyze financial data and assess investment risks
5. Strong networking skills and ability to close investment deals
