Job Description:
Fides Group is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Officer to join their team in the facility management industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
2. Prepare financial reports, statements, and budgets.
3. Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
4. Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
5. Assist in financial planning and forecasting.
6. Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making.
7. Handle debt collection and ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments.
8. Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Finance Officer or in a similar role within the facility management industry.
3. Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
4. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
7. Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
8. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in teams.
