Job Description:
The Field Engineer Trainee is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable product and service delivery to customers. The trainee will help acquire essential data, plan long-term well development, organize, run, and report operations in the field environment, and assist specialists and engineers with key decisions. The role also involves identifying opportunities to improve service delivery, implementing standard work, and managing risks during service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain safe, efficient, and reliable service delivery.
2. Identify and implement opportunities for service improvement.
3. Assist in acquiring essential field data and planning well development.
4. Support specialists and engineers with key operational decisions.
5. Organize, run, and report field operations.

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.
2. Good verbal and written communication skills.
3. Fluency in written and spoken English.
4. Quick learner with strong logical problem-solving abilities.
5. Strong commitment to continuous improvement.
6. Evidence of leadership and teamwork skills.
