Job Description:
Pro AgriTec is seeking an experienced Farm Manager to oversee and improve daily agricultural operations. The successful candidate will supervise planting, harvesting, staff coordination, and farm equipment maintenance while supporting strategic and financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Analyze operations, crops, livestock, and financial data to recommend improvements
2. Prepare and oversee planting and harvesting schedules
3. Inspect crops and perform soil and water quality tests
4. Ensure timely restocking of seeds, fertilizers, and supplies
5. Manage repairs and maintenance of machinery and farm equipment
6. Handle marketing and sales of farm produce
7. Enforce health and safety regulations among staff
8. Support recruitment and training of new employees
9. Collaborate on budgeting and financial reporting
10. Build professional networks and stay updated on agricultural advancements

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, or related field
2. Additional training in Business Management or Administration is advantageous
3. 10+ years of relevant work experience in agriculture
4. Prior management experience preferred
5. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
7. Passionate about agriculture and open to overtime work
