Job Description:
Spectacular Optics is hiring a Customer Service Personnel to provide excellent support and assistance to clients, ensuring a positive customer experience. The successful candidate will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and help maintain strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
2. Assist clients with product information, orders, and complaints
3. Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
4. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback
5. Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues
6. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions
7. Ensure the customer service area is neat and welcoming
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
2. Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or front desk role
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
6. Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
7. Professional attitude and appearance
