We are looking for a motivated Customer Care Representative to join our team for immediate employment. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This role reports to the Customer Service Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner.
- Provide product information and assist with order placements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer care or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
